As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and delivery of projects from commencement through to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, oversee budgets, schedules and commercial performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This position is based at the Norlane office and will support projects located throughout Victoria. Travel to project sites will be required from time to time to facilitate project delivery, stakeholder engagement and site-based activities.

Key responsibilities
Lead and manage projects to achieve programme milestones, budget targets, quality standards and protected delivery outcomes
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure effective project execution
Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts and reporting requirements
Build and maintain solid client, stakeholder and regulatory relationships through proactive communication and collaboration
Manage project risks, opportunities, contractual obligations and commercial outcomes
Ensure compliance with WHS,



quality and environmental management requirements throughout project delivery
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, financial reporting, procurement records and project plans
Identify and resolve project issues efficiently to minimise impacts on programme, cost and quality
Provide leadership and mentorship to project personnel while contributing to a positive team culture

About you
Demonstrate robust written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects will be highly regarded – 5 to 10 years preferred
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field are preferred
Proven experience managing civil, mechanical and/or process infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion
