IFYS is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in Residential Care houses in the Townsville region. You will help manage behaviours, plan activities, and promote life-skills development in a secure workplace.

Reporting to the Case Manager, you will complete case notes, handle admin tasks, and transport clients to commitments, with training provided and a focus on wellbeing and safeguarding.
