Act for Kids is seeking an experienced part time Program Manager to lead the Intensive Family Support (IFS) service in Queensland. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, strive for excellence in practice and ensure delivery of high‑quality, evidence-informed support for children and families.

The role is 0.8 FTE with a pro-rata salary of $135,343–$140,675 plus superannuation, and requires robust governance, partnership building and program development skills.
