You won't be sitting behind a desk simply processing paperwork.

You'll be talking to customers, supporting sales, preparing quotes, following up opportunities and helping turn enquiries into sales.

SALES & ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT OFFICER

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the sales team
Building relationships with customers
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Preparing and following up quotations
Processing sales orders
Identifying opportunities to support additional sales
Coordinating with warehouse and production teams
Maintaining customer records and CRM/ERP systems
Following up customers and orders
General administration and reporting

Who We're Looking For





You don't necessarily need to be a traditional salesperson.

We're interested in people who are:
Confident talking to customers
Naturally personable and relationship-focused
Commercially minded
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable following up opportunities
Motivated to achieve results
Confident using Microsoft Office
CRM/ERP experience highly regarded
Experienced in sales support, customer service or administration
