As a member of the team you will have access to:Personal development and training programsFlexible working arrangements + perksCompetitive salary + performance bonusOffsite team events and team working holiday tripsAs a Senior Paid Media Executive, you'll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of client accounts including:Ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisationExecution of tests, analysis of data and trends in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsOptimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaignsMeeting with the design, writing, and marketing teams to ideate and define advertising requirementsDesigning and developing online marketing campaigns to maximise search engine returns and website trafficImplementing PPC advertising campaigns to best practicesMonitoring SEM analytics such as conversion rate, CPCs,



and customer acquisition rates.Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in search trends, PPC strategies, and the best practices.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you are an experienced paid search professional and have performed a similar role within either agency or client-side environment.Minimum 3 years of proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Search, Display & Analytics.Ideally have a strong e-commerce experience.Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing with in-depth experience with bid management toolsStrong understanding of SEM techniques and best practicesStrong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reportsMust have working rights in Australia.
