Estia Health in Recent South Wales is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to join our senior leadership team. Reporting to the Head of the Home, you will draw on your clinical background to enhance residents' wellbeing and guide care programs.

As second in command, you will oversee the home’s clinic operations, nurture relationships with families, train carers and nurses, and contribute to budgeting and compliance.
