We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive, high-performing team managing a growing residential portfolio.

The Role
Manage a residential property portfolio while building solid landlord and tenant relationships
Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, including arrears, maintenance and inspections
Manage repairs, maintenance and tribunal matters as required




Provide rental market advice and collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional client service

Criteria
Current Property Management licence- essential
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - essential
2+ years’ property management experience is ideal
Solid customer service and communication skills
Organised, proactive and confident managing a portfolio independently
