The Happy Apple Ascot Vale is seeking a Department Lead – Dairy for a hands-on leadership role covering Dairy, Chilled Meat & Freezer. You will own stock, ordering, promotions, and team performance in a rapid-paced, customer-focused shop.

We’re looking for a proactive retail leader with dairy or fresh food experience, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to coach a team while managing margins and waste. This full time role invites you to shape a excellent store culture.
