Daffodil Therapy and Care is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to empower participants to manage their supports. You will coordinate plans, connect with providers, and advocate for participant needs, while working within a multidisciplinary team to address barriers and promote outcomes.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice, robust documentation, and collaboration with families and clinicians. Hybrid work with office days in Ashmore, QLD, is available.
