About the Role

Protech Rail is seeking expressions of interest for a QR Recipient Coordinator to join our Operations team based in Eight Mile Plains! In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations by driving productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high team performance.

Role Requirements:
Proven history of managing large teams (20+ staff) in operational environments - rail experience essential
Must hold current Queensland Rail Recipient qualifications – SCA and C Form, held for a minimum of 12 months.
Minimum 12 months in office experience working on the QR Network.
Knowledgeable in QR processes, compliance requirements, and qualifications, with the ability to provide accurate guidance to teams.
Ability to engage, lead, and mentor field employees effectively
Client Management and effective communication skills




Conducting interviews and completing onboarding of recent field staff
Advanced Computer Skills - including RIW Admin Management, Microsoft Excel, ATS & CRM Systems
Ability to work flexible schedule to meet operational needs
On-Site experience as a Lock Box Supervisor.
Experience in incident investigation and corrective action.

Qualifications Required (All must be current)
RIW (Rail Industry Worker)
QR WET (Working in the Electrified Territory)
QR SARC (Safely Access the Rail Corridor)
QR Recipient Qualifications
Category 3 Rail Medical
Open ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
QR PO/RCPO Qualifications advantageous
Australian residency with full working rights.
Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screening.
