Premier Aged Care facility located in Sydney Eastern Suburbs is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Care in the development and progression of high standards of clinical care delivery.Responsibilities Include:Oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery and that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and policiesCoordinate communications and services between residents,
