At TMX, you'll be leading the delivery of some of the largest, most complex automated logistics and industrial facilities in the market projects that are redefining how supply chains operate at scale.We're looking for a high-calibre leader who thrives on complexity, can bring clarity to technically demanding environments, and is motivated by delivering landmark, automation-led developments.
You'll sit at the centre of major programs, driving outcomes across strategy, design, commercial performance, and delivery while leading and mentoring a high-performing team.
What You'll Be Responsible ForProgram Leadership & Strategic DeliveryOwn and lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs involving highly automated distribution centres and advanced logistics infrastructureShape and drive end-to-end delivery strategies, from concept through to commissioningEstablish and optimise complex construction and delivery programs aligned to critical milestonesBuild trusted relationships with senior clients, developers, and delivery partners, acting as a key strategic advisorProvide strong governance, resourcing direction, and quality leadership across multiple concurrent projectsLead and develop a team of Project Managers, setting the standard for performance, accountability, and delivery excellenceLead coordination across developers, contractors, automation providers, and specialist consultantsGuide clients through the complexities of highly automated environments, balancing operational, technical, and commercial considerationsBring a holistic,
