The OpportunityReporting to the Engineering & Production Manager, this is a standalone, site-wide maintenance role where you will take full ownership of production equipment reliability within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.This role suits a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys autonomy, accountability and being the go-to technical expert on site.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform planned, preventative and emergency maintenanceMaintain and improve equipment reliability across: Autoclaves, filling labelling and printing machines, sterilisation equipment, ovens and mixers.Diagnose PLC faultsCoordinate external electricians and specialist contractors when requiredManage spare parts sourcing,



purchasing and inventory (including imported components)Use MEX Maintenance Software to plan and document all activitiesEnsure strict adherence to GMP and sterile manufacturing standardsMaintain accurate records and reporting What We're Looking ForEssential:5+ years overall technical experience2–3+ years hands-on experience in a GMP environmentStrong mechanical maintenance backgroundExperience in food, pharmaceutical, packaging or sterile manufacturingAbility to fault-find, read manuals and interpret schematicsComfortable working independently as the sole site maintenance specialist Highly Regarded:Trade qualification (Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter or similar)Experience with autoclaves, sterilisation or pharma packing equipmentParts fabrication / machining capabilityExposure to maintenance systems (MEX or similar) About YouSelf-directed and proactiveOrganised and structured in approachComfortable being accountable for a full siteCalm under pressure during breakdownsPractical, hands-on and willing to get involvedStrong communicator who collaborates well with production teams What's On Offer$85,000 – $90,000 + SuperTime in lieu for after-hours supportSupportive leadership and cooperative cultureTraining providedLong-term career stability within a growing global business If you believe you have the right skills and experience for this role or know of anyone who does, please do not hesitate to contact Ash Singh on or
