We're looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead an 80-place service in Sydney's Inner West. You'll join a well-established centre with a committed team, supportive families and a robust reputation in the local community.

The role
Lead and develop a team of educators and build a positive, collaborative workplace
Oversee quality programmes aligned with the EYLF and NQS, working towards Exceeding
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Manage occupancy, budgets and day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety and wellbeing standards

About you
2+ years' experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
Solid knowledge of the NQF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Regulations
Current NSW Working With Children Check, plus first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
Child Protection training
A calm, approachable and organised leadership style
