Your current role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day finance function and supporting accurate financial operations.Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank, credit card, debtor and creditor reconciliations
Month-end processing and financial administration
Preparation and lodgement of IAS and support with BAS requirements
Maintaining fixed asset registers and finance records
Assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities
Payroll support and leave cover as required




Supporting financial reporting and general finance operations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a Senior Finance Officer or similar role
Strong accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation experience
Experience supporting month-end processes
Exposure to payroll, GST, BAS or IAS requirements
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to a recent environment
