A leading and highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Control Manager to join its finance leadership team.

This is a broad leadership role responsible for financial reporting, financial control, statutory compliance and team management within a complex corporate environment. The position offers significant exposure across the finance function and the chance to contribute to ongoing improvements in governance, reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and annual reporting requirements.
Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and broader financial control framework.
Maintain solid governance, compliance and internal control processes.
Manage external audit relationships and coordinate audit deliverables.




Support regulatory reporting requirements and finance transformation initiatives.
Lead, mentor and develop a small team of finance professionals.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, controls and systems.

What you'll bring
CA or CPA qualified with solid technical accounting capabilities.
Financial control or financial reporting experience within a large, complex organisation.
Proven experience managing month-end, year-end and annual reporting processes.
Previous leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
Exposure to highly regulated industries, with financial services experience viewed favourably.
