National Business Development Manager – Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

An exciting prospect is available for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of a Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) portfolio within a leading global medical technology business.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to someone looking to move beyond traditional territory sales and take greater ownership of business development, customer acquisition and commercial strategy across Australia.

The Prospect
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic customer conversions.
Build relationships with key clinicians, pain specialists, hospital groups and healthcare decision-makers.
Partner with sales, marketing and leadership teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
Support strategic account planning, tenders, negotiations and market development.
Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives with exposure to senior leadership.

About You
Proven experience in medical device sales and/or business development.




Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
A track record of identifying opportunities and winning new business.
Confidence engaging and influencing clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders.
A proactive, ambitious and results-driven approach.

Experience in pain management, neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation, interventional pain or orthopaedics will be highly regarded. Understanding healthcare reimbursement, rebates and hospital procurement will be advantageous.

The Details
Location: Queensland-based, with national responsibility
Travel: Approximately 30–40%, including interstate travel and occasional extended periods away
Base salary: $130,000–$150,000
Car allowance: $17,000 + fuel
Bonus: $30,000
