This is an prospect to influence clinical practice, partner with leading spinal specialists and pain physicians, and drive the adoption of an innovative approach to chronic lower back pain.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead strategic territory development across North Sydney.
Build trusted relationships with neurosurgeons, spinal surgeons and pain specialists.
Drive clinical education and influence established treatment pathways through evidence-based engagement.
Deliver procedural support, clinician training and ongoing patient education.
Develop clinical champions and establish long-term therapy adoption.
Take ownership of your territory strategy, commercial performance and market growth.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years’ experience in medical device sales. Therapy based sales experience in neuromodulation, trauma, neurosurgery,



spine or specialised orthopaedics would be an advantage.
Confidence working in operating theatre and procedural environments.
A proven ability to influence clinical behaviour and drive commercial results.
Strong clinical aptitude, exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior clinicians.
A strategic, resilient and relationship-focused approach to business development.
The independence and tenacity to build a market over the long term.

Professionals from medtech/biomedical backgrounds may find this a particularly compelling prospect to apply their existing clinical expertise in a differentiated therapy area.
