We are seeking an experienced Underground Production Engineer to join a well-established underground hard-rock mining operation in Western Australia.

You will play a key role in developing production designs, coordinating underground mining activities and improving drill and blast performance while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare underground production designs, drill plans, charge plans and operating instructions.
Monitor stope performance and complete production reconciliations.
Collaborate with Geology, Geotechnical, Survey and Planning teams.
Identify operational improvements to optimise safety and productivity.
Ensure compliance with mining safety procedures and regulations.

About You
Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.




Minimum 2 years’ relevant mining industry experience.
Experience in mechanised underground hard-rock mining.
Proficiency in Deswik CAD and UGDB.
Solid communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Current WA C Class driver’s licence.

Experience towards a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate, First Aid certification and AusIMM membership will be highly regarded.
Must be based in Perth with full Australian working rights.
