and written communication skills.Respectful, empathetic, and person -centred approach.Ability to build rapport with participants, families, and care teams.Ability to follow participant support plans, workplace policies, and escalation procedures.High level of accountability, punctuality, and professionalism.Solution -focused mindset and ability to work under pressure.Valid Australian Driver Licence.Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.Smartphone for communication, rostering, and support logging.Willingness to work across rotating shifts, including weekends, sleepovers, active overnight shifts, and overtime where required.
