Lucas Collective is opening Noẽma, a current Mediterranean dining concept in Melbourne's CBD. We are seeking passionate Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join the opening team from day one, helping shape the kitchen and guest experience.

You should have previous chef experience in premium kitchens, solid cooking techniques, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Noẽma offers growth opportunities, training, and a collaborative environment.
