The Apollo Restaurant Group in Sydney is opening Baptiste, a current Parisian restaurant, and seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to join the opening team. You will work with the Head Chef and Senior Sous to shape service standards, kitchen systems, and team development in a quick-paced workplace.

As a strong leader with a calm approach, you’ll manage preparation, service, stock, food safety and cost control while building a cooperative brigade that takes pride in its work.
