We are seeking an experienced and reliable conveyancing assistant / paralegal, who is familiar with both QLD and NSW conveyancing matters. The position is a full time role. You will be working under the direct supervision of two qualified lawyers and act in a support role of an experienced conveyancer.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience using LEAP legal software and PEXA;
Be able to work efficiently and within tight deadlines;
Be able to work autonomously and under direct supervision;




Be thorough and attentive and be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in the field of conveyancing and will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:
Opening files and review of data
Stamping in both NSW & QLD
Prepare NSW Contracts
Order property searches
Setup PEXA workspaces
Prepare settlement figures
Initial and final letters to clients
Preparing correspondence on files
Liaising with clients
General office duties, including answering telephone
