Western Australian branch of a national union is seeking a Senior Lawyer to lead its employment and industrial law matters from Perth. You will manage a busy file load, advise members, and supervise a junior lawyer while liaising with union organisers.

You will handle unfair dismissal, enterprise agreement disputes and related proceedings, reporting to branch officials and contributing to strategic advocacy for workers’ rights.
