OverviewAs a Senior Test Analyst within the Procure to Paystream, you'll validate SAP MM processes covering purchasing, Aribaintegration, and inventory management across an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Workingwithin a distributed onshore/offshore delivery model, you'll design and executetests across the procure-to-pay cycle, supplier integration, and inventoryfunctions to ensure quality outcomes ahead of go-live, collaborating closelywith functional teams throughout the testing cycle.Your Role andResponsibilitiesDesign, script, and execute test cases across SAP MM, Ariba integration, and inventory functions within SAP S/4HANA.Validate the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, from purchase requisition through purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice verification.Validate Ariba integration scenarios, including supplier onboarding, catalog punch-out, and purchase order transmission.Design and execute test cases for inventory management processes, including stock movements, physical inventory, and valuation.Verify procurement and inventory master data — vendor master, material master, and purchasing info records — for accuracy and consistency.Validate integration points between Procure to Pay and adjacent SAP streams, including Finance and Logistics.Develop and maintain traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects to ensure full test coverage.Manage defects end to end using SAP CALM, Jira, and Quality Centre.Prepare and maintain test data across the Procure to Pay stream.Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.Utilise the SAP CALM test suite throughout the testing lifecycle.Support regression testing activities to confirm system stability across releases and configuration changes.Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, aligning to AEST for overlap and communication.Report on test progress, coverage, and quality while adapting to changing priorities.RequirementsWhat We'reLooking For We're looking for candidates with a combinationof the following: 5+ years hands-on SAP testing experience (mandatory).
