About the RoleWe are seeking multiple Account Managers to join our growing team.
This role is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Canberra, with candidates able to nominate their preferred office location.In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, and promoting TMGM's trading products and services.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential.
Your role will involve the following:Sales Growth:Promote and sell TMGM products and services to support business growthIdentify new business opportunities and generate client pipelinesPrepare and present tailored solutions based on client needs and commercial requirementsConduct basic competitor and market analysis to support sales activitiesClient Service:Manage and grow relationships with clients to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnershipsAct as the main point of contact between clients and internal technical and operations teamsProvide guidance and support on trading platforms and related servicesMonitor client activity to identify opportunities for service improvement and account growthPerformance & Goal Orientation:Maintain client records and sales tracking to support KPI and revenue targetsMaintain knowledge of company products and market developmentsSupport overall client satisfaction and account management activitiesRequirementsHighly motivated individuals seeking to develop or advance their career in the Forex/financial services industry, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferredPrevious experience in customer service, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or other client-facing roles is advantageousStrong communication skills with confidence in client engagement and adaptability to different audiencesProactive and responsible approach to work, with robust problem-solving ability and attention to detailAbility to work in a performance-driven environment with clear targets and objectivesProficiency in English is required; additional Asian language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Filipino) are highly regardedStrong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and related productsBenefitsOur VisionAt TMGM, our vision goes beyond providing a platform for trading; we aspire to empower our clients with the best trading conditions.
