This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical energy infrastructure while working directly with landowners, project teams, and utility stakeholders throughout the right of way acquisition process.We are looking for professionals with strong landowner communication skills, electric transmission or linear infrastructure experience, and the ability to work independently in rural project environments.
Candidates must have an active Illinois real estate license and be comfortable supporting field-based right of way activities across assigned project areas.ResponsibilitiesSupport right of way acquisition activities for 345 kV and 765 kV overhead electric transmission projectsConduct landowner outreach and build positive relationships with property ownersFacilitate property negotiations, easement acquisition, and right of way agreementsCoordinate with project managers, title resources, survey teams, client stakeholders, and internal land teamsReview and maintain accurate parcel,



landowner, acquisition, and project documentationSupport surface title, courthouse research, and ownership verification efforts as neededAssist with field-based project activities, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolutionTrack project updates, landowner communications, and acquisition progress in internal systemsTravel throughout assigned project areas in Central Illinois as neededQualificationsActive Illinois Real Estate License requiredPrior right of way, land acquisition, easement acquisition, or landowner negotiation experience requiredExperience supporting electric transmission, utility, pipeline, renewable energy, or other linear infrastructure projects preferredStrong communication, negotiation, documentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in rural communities and field-based project environmentsComfortable coordinating with landowners, project teams, title resources, and client stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailActive Notary Public commission preferred, or ability to obtain quicklyWillingness to travel throughout Central Illinois as project needs requirePreferred BackgroundsOverhead electric transmission projects345 kV or 765 kV transmission experienceUtility right of way acquisitionEasement acquisition and landowner negotiationsPipeline or other corridor-based infrastructureUtility-scale energy projectsRural landowner engagementSurface title, courthouse research,
