Assistant Restaurant Managera'Mare Italian Dining Precinct | Crown Sydney Pavoni Plus Pty Ltd Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + SuperannuationJoin one of Sydney's most exciting hospitality destinations.Pavoni Plus Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team across the a'Mare Italian Dining Precinct at Crown Sydney, home to a'Mare, Vista'Mare, and Pizza'Mare.Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across one of Sydney's premier Italian dining destinations.Essential RequirementsFull Australian working rightsMinimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within premium hospitalityStrong leadership and team development skillsCurrent NSW RSA CertificateFluent English with excellent communication skillsExceptional grooming and presentationAbility to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience with POS systems and restaurant reservationsSound understanding of hospitality compliance and workplace health and safetyPreferred RequirementsPrevious experience in premium or fine dining restaurantsExperience with SevenRooms or similar reservation platformsKnowledge of Italian food,
