and presentation across all menu itemsSupporting smooth kitchen operations during busy breakfast and lunch servicesFollowing food safety, hygiene, and WHS proceduresWorking collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and front of house teamsContributing ideas and enthusiasm to a positive team cultureWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar roleFull working rights in AustraliaExperience working with Italian cuisine or Mediterranean-inspired menus highly regardedStrong understanding of breakfast service and all-day dining operationsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailReliable, professional, and passionate about hospitalityAvailability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as requiredWhy Join Maestro Hospitality?
