X-Team International seeks a Senior Lead Golang Engineer in Melbourne to drive backend modernization for a large banking and financial services platform. You will lead a squad, ship resilient Go services, and design gRPC/Protobuf APIs while coordinating with client stakeholders.

The role requires solid Go skills (or Java), experience with Temporal, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes, and a willingness to work onsite in Melbourne for the initial weeks with remote collaboration thereafter.
