BlueCare, part of UnitingCare, is seeking a Care Partner to deliver person-centred, high-quality care in the Maryborough region. You will oversee care planning, coordinate services with clinical teams, and support clients across the community.

You’ll work mostly on the road, engaging with clients, while adhering to care standards and ensuring timely delivery of services. A Certificate IV and a valid driver’s licence are essential for this role.
