What we're looking for
Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years' experience within the real estate industry
ACT Real Estate Assistant Registration as a minimum
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication and a polished, qualified manner
Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
Tech‑savvy with solid admin skills
A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
