AFCA, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Scams Officer. You’ll act as a trusted adviser, keeping the CSO and Scams function on track in a quick-paced, complex setting.

You will manage diaries, coordinate senior meetings, prepare briefs and board papers, and help drive process improvements. This is a 6-month max-term contract with hybrid work two days in our Sydney offices.
