Our mission is simple: to protect what matters most with professionalism, precision, and pride.About the roleThe position is responsible for providing tenants and guests with a friendly and knowledgeable presence whilst ensuring all requests, and actionable items are attended to.
You will be responsible for building relationships with tenants, guests and stakeholders along with communicating regularly with Senior Management to provide updates and arrange specific activations and the like.Duties include, but are not limited to:Greeting all incoming and outgoing personsAdministrative tasksAssist with tenant and guest needs and inquiriesEscalate issues to proper channels to ensure quick and timely inquiry resolution Assist in the planning and management of activationsMinor content creation tasks via supplied platformEnsure common areas are kept clean and tidy, and re-ordering stock when necessary Providing information and directions, explaining rules and regulations to tenants and guestsMaintaining a working knowledge of the location and of various restaurants, cafes, transport, emergency services, etc.




About youCustomer Service Experience Concierge experience is preferred but not required.A willingness to embrace and learn new technologiesExceptional communication, both verbal and writtenKnowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Knowledge of building management systems – preferred but not requiredAbility to work well within a Team and IndependentlyShows strong initiative to go above and beyond and is always looking for new ways to grow skills and learnExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a agile environmentAbility to stand for long periods if necessary Why Join DevSec?
