ADF Careers seeks a proactive WHS Lead to champion safety, health, and wellbeing across its operations. You will implement a national WHS management plan, drive cultural uplift, and ensure legislative compliance, translating policy into practical, on‑the‑ground results.

You will report to the Director, Risk, Audit and Governance, and lead a network of WHS Local Leads to maintain safety standards across all locations and staff.
