We’re looking for a Consultant - Member Support who is passionate about helping people and delivering high‑quality, compliant outcomes. This is a permanent opportunity based in our Melbourne office. We offer a hybrid working arrangement and many benefits to our staff.

What you’ll do
Resolve member enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Apply legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes.
Meet service, quality, and experience targets.
Manage issues or complaints and elevate when needed.
