The role focuses on segmentation, incentive design, and productive sales operations to improve performance across business units.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SFE, sales analytics, or commercial operations, with robust data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI) and CRM experience (Salesforce/Veeva or similar).
