Seek is hiring a Customer Service Officer – Concrete Dispatch to join our inbound call centre. In this quick-paced role, you will manage inbound enquiries, coordinate concrete orders and deliveries, and liaise with Sales, Credit and Operations to ensure accurate processing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or a call centre, excellent communication, robust attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
