IAG is seeking a National Manager, External Dispute Resolution to lead the EDR function across Australia, ensuring fair and timely complaint outcomes. The role is a permanent full time hybrid position, based in Naarm (Melbourne), Gadigal (Darling Park, Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

You will oversee a seasoned team, partner with AFCA and regulators, and shape the function to balance accountability, performance and quality while driving customer outcomes.
