ING is seeking a strategic Credit Risk Manager to lead provisioning and forecasting workstreams for a energetic retail lending portfolio. You will influence senior stakeholders, balance regulatory requirements with commercial outcomes, and drive improvements in risk management practices.

In this role you will deliver end-to-end provisioning, forecasting insights, and scenario analyses, while partnering with Risk, Finance, Product and Operations to optimise portfolio health and performance.
