HUMBLE Bakery, part of the Porteño Group, is seeking a warm and capable Assistant Manager to lead from the floor and support the Manager in daily operations. You’ll oversee busy services, train and motivate staff, manage rosters, and ensure a consistently high standard of service across HUMBLE Café & Bakery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hospitality, robust customer service skills, and a hands-on leadership approach, with the ability to thrive in a busy, guest-focused workplace.
