Rental Sales Assistant/Quality Inspector

Hertz Cobar has a part-time position available for a customer focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and who is self-motivated with an eye for detail.

The position offers:
Ability to work from home whilst processing Rental Agreements
Supportive Team
Part Time - 10.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday however, flexibility will be required

Main Duties:

This role includes
Data Entry
Entering reservations into our Counter system,
Opening & Closing Rental Agreements.
Liaise with customers to obtain Drivers Licence details and a method of payment
Collect dirty vehicles from Cobar Airport
Detail vehicles. Washing, Vacuuming & cleaning
Return clean vehicles to Cobar Airport
Load Dropbox - load and program key dispensing kiosk
Photograph every vehicle and upload them to the cloud prior to each rental
Update Database with Registration Number, key position & code
Meeting customers at Cobar Airport when & if required
Computer, printer, Mobile Phone & Tablet provided




Training & ongoing support provided.

Skills & Attributes:

Minimum 2 years customer service (hospitality, retail) Desirable

Must have a current driver's license - condition of employment

Administration experience beneficial, however not necessary

Computer literate - word, CRM, email

Sense of urgency - self motivated
