Suttons Western Toyota in Guildford, part of the Suttons family, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for our call centre. You will handle inbound and outbound service calls and focus on building lasting client relationships.

You will support retention strategies with the Sales and Service teams, coordinate valuations, discuss Toyota Exchange program customers, and deliver timely service reminders. We offer a market market-market-competitive salary with overtime, in office parking, and corporate discounts
