The Energy Community and Supports is seeking dedicated Youth Support Staff to assist individuals with complex mental health needs in Maroochydore and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home support and community access, while upholding trauma-informed care and qualified boundaries.

Ideal candidates have experience with CPTSD, ASD, PDA, and BPD, and are comfortable working with a female client who may present extreme behaviours.
