Resthaven is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Relieving Care Coordinator team as a Care Coordinator (relieving) on a permanent full time basis. You will work across metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes to cover leave and provide additional support to site teams.

Essential requirements include an active AHPRA registration, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and a current driving license with the ability to travel across all sites.
