Optus is looking for a skilled communications skilled to craft frontline messages and campaigns across MyHub and related channels. You will translate complex information into explicit messages, support major initiatives, and create visual content using Canva or Shootsa.
You will work with stakeholders to refine channels and timing, ensure brand voice and accuracy, and help measure content effectiveness across Consumer, COO, Retail and Contact Centre teams.
