The Junior Developer plays a hands-on role in building, maintaining, and improving this platform, collaborating with the Senior Developer to deliver functionality and support the wider business.
Direction and prioritisation come from the Senior Developer.
Customer behaviour analysis and AB testing strategy sit with the Digital Analytics & Optimisation Manager, with this role providing implementation support.
This is a learning-oriented role designed to build strong ecommerce development fundamentals while contributing real value from day one.
