At Mirrastone, we are proud to be Victoria's largest residential home builder, delivering thousands of homes each year across some of the state's most recognised brands.As part of the Mirrastone Group, Soho Living is Victoria's number one townhouse and medium density builder by volume, delivering high-quality residential communities for leading developers across Melbourne and regional Victoria.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of future projects, we are seeking experienced Site Managers to join our Soho Built Construction Team across Melbourne's Metro West Region.This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of townhouse and medium density developments while being supported by the systems, resources and leadership of one of Australia's largest residential builders.Immediate Start AvailableThe RoleAs a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium density residential projects from commencement through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Managing multiple townhouse and medium density projectsCoordinating and scheduling trades, subcontractors and suppliersEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budgetMaintaining quality standards throughout all stages of constructionConducting regular site inspections and quality auditsManaging site safety and ensuring compliance with OH&S; requirementsMonitoring and controlling construction budgets and trade costsBuilding strong relationships with developer partners,



consultants and stakeholdersProviding exceptional customer and client service throughout the construction processDriving construction programs to achieve project milestones and settlement deadlinesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience managing townhouse, unit, medium density or project-based residential developmentsA minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Manager roleStrong knowledge of residential construction methodologies and building regulationsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and relationship-building capabilityA proactive and solutions-focused approachHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesA genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing team environmentWhy Join Mirrastone?
