What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of designing wall frames in MiTek leveraging the product expertise you already have - and building on it. This business is happy to invest in expanding your skillset by teaching you additional products. You'll be designing single and double storey homes and working collaboratively as part of the detailing team with a mix of volume clients and more bespoke work to keep things interesting.

You'll also be involved with:
Checking work , playing an active role in maintaining accuracy and quality
Spot cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations that directly impact the bottom line
Drive continuous improvement in detailing processes, your experience will carry real weight here
Keep detailed, accurate records as part of a qualified, well-run operation

What You'll Bring




4+ years of detailing experience in roof trusses, wall frames, or posi-struts
Proficiency in MiTek 2020 or Sapphire preferred - though Pryda and Multinail detailers are warmly welcomed
Sharp attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
A collaborative attitude and the desire to be part of something bigger than just your desk
