Spaghetti Club in Richmond, part of MAMAS Dining Group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-energy kitchen and lead service while developing the team. The role requires hands-on leadership in a busy setting with a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
You will work with the senior kitchen team to maintain high food standards, execute fresh pasta and Italian dishes, manage ordering and stock, and uphold food safety, WHS and kitchen culture across the venue.
